Eva Bleich – Attorney

Eva joined Abramson, Brown & Dugan in 2008 after working as a Plaintiff’s medical malpractice lawyer in Philadelphia for twenty years.  Since starting with the firm, Eva has represented numerous victims and families of victims of medical malpractice involving a panoply of medical areas.

Eva attended nursing school at Fairleigh Dickinson University and earned her R.N. in 1969.  While attending nursing school, she worked evenings in the quadriplegia unit at the Veteran’s Hospital in East Orange, New Jersey providing care to severely injured servicemen returning from war.  After graduating from nursing school, Eva spent the next ten years working as a nurse and ultimately a nursing supervisor and assistant administrator at a private medical facility caring for three hundred children who suffered with profound brain damage.  She returned to further her education at Temple University, graduating summa cum laude with a B. A. degree and went on to earn her J.D. at Temple Law School.  After moving to New Hampshire, Eva volunteered on the Board of Directors for Voices Against Violence for six years. She is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, the New Hampshire Bar Association, and the New Hampshire Association for Justice.  In 2017, Eva was selected by US News & World Report as a “Medical Malpractice Lawyer of the Year” in Plaintiff’s Medical Malpractice Law.
