Elie Maalouf – Attorney

Elie joined Abramson, Brown & Dugan in 2017. His practice involves representing plaintiffs and their families in medical negligence and high-damage personal injury cases. Since joining the firm, Elie has represented numerous plaintiffs in cases involving catastrophic injuries and wrongful death. He has handled a wide spectrum of complex medical negligence cases, including birth injuries, failures to diagnose, and surgical errors. He has been recognized by the New England Super Lawyers Rising Stars in 2023, Best Lawyers “Ones to Watch” in Medical Malpractice in 2022 and 2023, and Best Lawyers “Ones to Watch” in Personal Injury in 2023. In addition to his practice, Elie serves on the New Hampshire Association for Justice’s Board of Governors and Publications Committee. He is also the editor of the Verdicts and Settlements Report in the New Hampshire Trial Lawyer’s Quarterly.

Elie graduated, cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School, where he served as an editor on the Suffolk University Law School. While in law school, Elie served as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Timothy S. Hillman at the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts in Worcester, MA. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in American History with a minor in Political Science from Boston University.
